HOW TO
PLAY

wavvlength.io is a party game about reading minds. ๐Ÿง  One player the Guesser tries to land on a secret number from 1 to 10. Everyone else the Givers drops sneaky real world clues to steer them there. No pressure. Just vibes, votes, and a little chaos. ๐ŸŽ‰

๐Ÿ

1. Land on Home

Three buttons, three vibes. PLAY drops you into a random game already in progress. CREATE starts your own room. JOIN takes a 7 digit code from a friend.

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐ŸŽจ

2. Make It You

Pop into Settings first. Pick a name, color in your stickman, choose a home server, and mute the music if you're not feeling it. ๐Ÿ”‡

๐Ÿšช

3. Build Your Lobby

Creating a room? Choose Private (code only) or FFA (open to randoms). Set how many players, how many tries per round, and pick a Topic Theme Sports, Animals, Brands, and more or set it to None to mix every category together. Hit START once you've got 3+ players.

4. The Secret Number

Every round, the server picks a number from 1 to 10. Only the Givers see it. The Guesser is kept completely in the dark that's the whole game. ๐Ÿ™ˆ

๐ŸŽฏ

5. Pick a Topic

Each round, the app randomly taps one Giver to go first they'll see a glowing Click to Start under WAVELENGTH NUMBER, while everyone else just sees who they're waiting on. Miss it too long and it passes to someone else. Once tapped, three topics pop up for the Guesser things like "Luxury Brand" or "Cute Animal" and none of them repeat until the whole set's been used. 17 seconds to choose, or one gets picked for you. โฐ

๐Ÿ’ฌ

6. Drop a Clue

The chosen Giver gets the topic and types a real example that matches the secret number's spot on the scale. Number 2 on "Luxury Brand"? Maybe you type Zudio. Number 9? Gucci. Your chat box glows green when it's your turn to type, red for everyone else waiting. You've got 57 seconds to type it. ๐Ÿ‘—โฑ๏ธ

๐Ÿ‘ป

7. Don't Ghost the Clue

Go quiet for the full 57 seconds and you're benched from giving clues for the rest of the game no ifs, no comebacks. Don't worry, you'll still get your turn as Guesser. Someone else just picks up your topic and carries on. ๐Ÿƒ

๐Ÿ—ณ๏ธ

8. Vote It Out

The other Givers judge the clue: ๐Ÿ‘ Like or ๐Ÿ‘Ž Dislike. Majority dislike? Same Giver tries again. Majority like? It's locked in and shown to the Guesser. Disliked 3 times running? Everyone sees a warning. A 4th? You're kicked from the lobby or if it's a 3 player game, the whole match gets discontinued instead. ๐Ÿšจ

๐Ÿค”

9. Take a Guess

After every locked in clue, the Guesser picks a number 1 to 10 and hits submit. Skip a non final round and you'll get a warning. โš ๏ธ Skip the final one entirely and it's minus 1 for the round. Ouch.

๐Ÿ”

10. Rounds Keep Rolling

Steps 5 to 9 repeat with a fresh topic and a new Giver each time, until tries run out. Then the number is revealed and points go out. Next round, someone new becomes the Guesser until everyone's had a turn.

๐Ÿ†

11. Leaderboard Time

Nail the number: +5 for the Guesser, +3 for every Giver. One off: +2 / +1. Anything else: 0 / +1. Top 3 light up the podium blocks and all. ๐Ÿฅ‡๐Ÿฅˆ๐Ÿฅ‰ Then it's back to the lobby for round two or bail if you're done.

About wavvlength.io

wavvlength.io is a free, real-time multiplayer party game you can play directly in your browser — no download, no install, no sign-up. One player (the Guesser) tries to land on a secret number between 1 and 10, while everyone else (the Givers) drops real-world clues to steer them there, without ever saying the number out loud.

It's built for game nights — a group video call, a get-together with friends, or messing around online with strangers in a public FFA lobby. Rounds are quick, so it's easy to squeeze in one match or five.

What makes it different from a typical trivia or quiz game is the social layer: clues get voted on by the group before the Guesser ever sees them, so the group itself decides what counts as a fair hint. It works equally well on desktop and mobile.
